1.Each student has a user id and password that has been created using the first letter of their last name and their student number.

2.The user id and password are initially the same and the password can be changed after login.
For example, if your student number is 123456 and your last name starts with 'B' your user id will be "b123456" and your password will be the same. The user id and password are not case sensitive.
3.Once logged in you can immediately schedule appointments by clicking the "Appointment Calendar" button on the home page, then select a counselor from the drop down list, select a date that is "Available" and then selecting a time by clicking on the appointment slot.
4. You can enter an optional "Appointment Note" if you wish and then click the "Book Appointment" button. Your name will appear in the appointment slot and the color will change to indicate that the time is now booked.

5. If necessary you can also delete appointments by locating the appointment, clicking on the time slot and then clicking the "Delete Appointment" button.
It is possible to filter the calendar by clicking on a selected Period or Block below the calendar and then calendar will then display the dates the counselor has appointments available in the selected period.
When you are finished click the "Close" button and log off.
