The Facility Rentals department is currently processing new rental requests recieved from this point forward for Fall/Winter/Spring 2021-2022 on a first come, first serve basis.
Should the Covid-19 situation in our community change, whereby rentals are unable to proceed at the direction of government and health authorities, rentals will be limited and/or cancelled as necessary.
The Facility Rentals Department is located on the first floor of the District Education Centre (14033-92 Avenue, Surrey, BC). We corrdinate the usage of district facilities and grounds when they are used outside of instructional time for both internal district use and external community use.

Except for the Bell Performing Arts Theatre, all rental requests for school district facilities and grounds are handled by the Facility Rentals Department.
If you are interested in submitting a rental request, please create an account through our online booking portal – follow the link here - and submit your application for space a minimum of 15 business days prior to your requested start date.
Our hours of operation are from 8am-4pm Monday to Friday. We are closed on weekends and statutory holidays.
