Office Reminders: Change of clothes and lost & found

Reminders from the office

As the wet and cold weather has arrived, we have an abundance of students coming to the office wanting to call home for a change of clothes. Students will be going outside during breaks, even if it’s raining.

Please ensure your children are sent to school with weather appropriate clothing. This includes jackets, boots, umbrellas, etc.

All students, regardless of grade, need to have a change of clothes. Our grounds are wet and slippery, and students are often soaked and covered in mud, wanting parents/caregivers to bring them dry clothes.

To avoid interruption in your day, please bring a spare outfit for your child and replace if wet clothes are sent home.

Please label your children’s clothes.

On that note, our lost and found is overflowing with items. Our lost and found is located across from the office. Next week, we will have all clothes laid out in the hallways for families to claim.
