Culinary Arts


The Culinary Arts – Professional Cook 1 Program is offered in partnership with Vancouver Community College.

Students attend this 21 week program with classes at Tamanawis Secondary from January to May, and then June is on-site at VCC's Downtown Campus.

Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for five high school courses, Progressive Trades Level 1 Technical Training, and a VCC Certificate of Completion.

Applicants are required to have completed grade 10 and FoodSafe Training.
