Culinary Arts



The Culinary Arts – Professional Cook 1 Program is offered in partnership with Vancouver Community College.

This 21 week program runs from late January – June. Students attend class at Tamanawis Secondary from January – May and spend the month of June on-site at Vancouver Community College's Downtown Campus.

Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for 5 high school courses, Progressive Trades Level 1 Technical Training and VCC Certificate of Completion.

Applicants are required to have completed grade 10 and Food Safe Training.
