The Carpentry Program is offered in partnership with Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
This 21 week program runs from February – June. Students attend either the Frank Hurt Secondary or Guildford Park Secondary Program and complete four weeks of training at Kwantlen Polytechnic University's Tech Campus in Cloverdale.
Upon completion of the program, students earn credit for 4 high school courses, Level 1 Foundation Technical Training and a Kwantlen Polytechnic University Certificate of Completion. Guildford Park Secondary students also earn credit for Apprenticeship Mathematics 12.
Applicants must have a mark of C or higher in both Math 10 and English Language Arts 10.
