BEFORE THE FIRST DAY OF RENTAL, ALL RENTERS MUST SUBMIT TO THE FACILITY RENTALS OFFICE
By e-mail at rentals@surreyschools.ca, fax 604-595-6083, in person or by mail to 14033 92nd Avenue, Surrey, BC V3V 0B7:
  • A current copy of the certificate of insurance that provides coverage that meets district insurance requirements
  • A signed copy of the rental license
  • An initialed copy of the Terms and Conditions
  • Payment - Visa, Mastercard, cash or cheque (payable to School District #36 (Surrey)), or by calling the Facility Rentals Office at 604-595-6083.
