How to Book Space

  • To view a list of secondary gyms, sizes and amenities, see here.  Secondary gyms are heavily used for school programs and are therefore not typically available for weekly rentals.   Groups that do rent secondary gyms may experience frequent cancellation of the space due to school needs.  The cancellations can happen with very little notice and no recourse to the rental group.  For these reasons, we do not recommend secondary gym rentals.

Rental licenses are made available to user groups for a maximum period of one school year from September to June (excluding winter/spring/summer breaks and statutory holidays).  Separate applications must be submitted for breaks.
Historical user groups (groups that rented in the past year) must reapply each year by May 15.  If you change the details of your request or if you require additional space, these applications will be "NEW."   New requests will be considered after all renewal requests are processed and then on a first-come first-serve basis.  Submit your requests early to ensure best selection of space and times.
