Cancelling or Changing a Rental

CANCELLING A LICENSE OR APPLICATION – Rental groups must submit a request to cancel applications or licenses in writing to Facility Rentals at rentals@surreyschools.ca no less than 10 business days in advance of the first day of the requested rental. After the request for space has been submitted to the Facility Rentals Department, a $25 amendment fee will be charged except where the cancellation is caused by the Surrey School District. If the cancellation request is received less than 10 days in advance of the first day of the rental request, the full rental fee will be forefited by the rental group. 
 
AMENDING A LICENSE – Rental groups may request changes in rooms, hours, days, or sites for their rental request or license at at time. Amendment requests should be submitted in writing to rentals@surreyschools.ca no less than 10 days in advance of the amendment, or the change may not be made.  Rental groups will be charged $25 each time a request to change the application or license is submitted.
