Cancelling or Changing a Rental

CANCELLING A LICENSE OR APPLICATION – Rental groups must submit a request to cancel applications or licenses in writing to Facility Rentals at rentals@surreyschools.ca or fax 604-595-6083 no less than 5 business days in advance of the first day of the requested rental.  A $25 amendment fee will be charged except where the cancellation is caused by the Surrey School District.  If the cancellation request is received less than 5 days in advance of the first day of the rental request, the full rental fee may be charged. 
 
AMENDING A LICENSE – Rental groups may request changes in rooms, hours, days, or sites for their rental request or license at any time.  Amendment requests should be submitted in writing to rentals@surreyschools.ca or fax 604-595-6083 no less than 5 days in advance of the amendment, or the change may not be made.  Rental groups will be charged $25 each time a request to change the application or license is submitted.
