Surrey Schools offers a variety of summer learning opportunities for students of all ages.
For secondary students, full-credit courses are offered during morning or afternoon sessions July 3 to Aug. 7 at six locations: Clayton Heights Secondary, Earl Marriott Secondary, North Surrey Secondary, Panorama Ridge Secondary, Princess Margaret Secondary and Queen Elizabeth Secondary. Grade 10-12 full-credit courses offer a variety of options, including English, math, languages, social studies, sciences and physical education. *Please note that not all courses are available at all sites.
Secondary-level remedial courses, for students who have taken a class already and want to better their mark or increase their knowledge, are available at Clayton Heights and Queen Elizabeth Secondary schools in July during morning or afternoon sessions. Remedial classes are offered in English, math, science and socials for Grade 8-11 levels.
For students who are entering Grade 10, Surrey Schools also offers Skills Exploration from July 3-26 at Princess Margaret Secondary. The course gives students a hands-on introduction to a variety of trades, including plumbing, carpentry, electrical and welding.
New this year is a Culinary, Baking and Meatcutting Trades Exploration Course, which takes place July 2-26 at Enver Creek Secondary from 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. daily.

Summer learning for kindergarten to Grade 7 students is by referral by classroom teachers. Please contact your child's teacher or school principal for further details.

Out-of-district students must complete a registration form and either email it or drop off it off to the Summer Learning Office at 14033 92 Ave.
Registration closes online and at the Surrey Schools office on June 26, but will re-open July 2 at the summer school sites.
