Fraser Heights Secondary rocks the toy donations for the 16th year

For two weeks a year for the past 16 years, the wood shop at Fraser Heights Secondary turns into Santa's workshop building wooden toys for the Surrey Christmas Bureau.

This year, they were able to build 60 colourful rocking toys – 20 moose, 20 dinosaurs and 20 seaplanes.

The district's transportation department picked up the toys and delivered them to the grateful staff at Surrey Christmas Bureau.

Anyone wishing to help out can mark their calendars for next year's build! The last week of November is for cutting out and sanding pieces, the first week of December is for painting and assembly. Everyone is welcome!
