The Community-Schools Partnership (C-SP) initiative was established by Surrey Schools in 2007 to provide targeted programming, support, and resources to preschool and school-aged children, youth, and their families who may be vulnerable due to life circumstances or challenges. C-SP works in partnership with school district departments, community agencies, and service providers to deliver innovative programs that enrich the lives of students.
Community-Schools Partnership works with families, schools, and the community to provide a continuum of support that is responsive to identified needs. The department develops and provides extended learning and enrichment activities beyond school hours.
Our goal is to enable children and youth to be ready, able and motivated to learn. Our programs build a sense of hope and resiliency – allowing students to reach their full potential; socially, emotionally and physically.
C-SP programs are supported by donations from many organizations. Visit the district’s
Business Development department for more details about our donors and partners. To discuss opportunities to partner with Community-Schools Partnership, please contact the C-SP office via the contact details below.
